A friend of mine referred me to the Design Loft when I mentioned that we were planning a remodel. We met with the owner Hellen Hsieh and I am so happy that we did. My husband and I are expanding our current Mountain View home. We wanted to add on about 700 sq ft but we couldn’t decide if we should remodel the existing structure or focus on adding on a new great room in the back of the house. Hellen has provided us with many, many options to help us decide what would be the most economical and feasible plan. She is a pleasure to work with and has been patient with all of our revisions and requests. She is flexible and very accommodating with our meeting dates and times. What has impressed me most is her understanding of the build process which includes the contractors needs, the city requirements, realistic costs and time estimates, appliance installation prerequisites and inspection requirements. As a designer, she is very creative and knowledgeable of new trends. Hellen also supports the selections and style we feel most comfortable with. Most importantly she has been conscious and respectful of our budget constraints. I am extremely pleased with Design Loft and their services and professionalism. Definitely 5 stars!!
Hellen completed her Bachelor of Science at Art Center College of Design with a focus on Environmental and Interior Design in 1993. Since that time, she has worked with with several noteworthy interior design firms in the Bay Area
