Helen gets 5 stars from me. She designed my kitchen while working for another company. Her design turned out great. However, halfway through my project, the company went out of business and just dropped me, leaving me with the most important part of the installation to do and so many details. Even though Helen had moved on, she continued to help me with my project, was here whenever I had a problem and saw it through to the end, on her own time, with no extra charge to me. Helen was so empathetic; every time she arrived at my home to resolve an issue for me, she would assure me she would be available until the project was completed. This alleviated my stress level considerably. Helen always returned my phone calls and was very professional at all times when she dealt with me or anyone else involved in my project. I have seen some of Helen’s bathroom and kitchen designs and can attest she is a top notch designer, with attention to detail. 5 stars are not enough for her and she would be my number 1 choice for any kitchen or bathroom design in the future.
