I hired Hellen after receiving a glowing recommendation from a friend. Hellen created a stunning design for my small townhouse. The space is limited but Hellen was able to present me with three options that exceeded my expectations. During the design process she remained flexible and thoughtful, finding finishes that exactly matched my vision.

I worked with Hellen and Majo to design the remodel of the master bathroom of my condominium in Sunnyvale. They were very helpful in suggesting things I hadn’t considered, like turning my French doors into a pocket door to save space. They also suggested brands and suppliers I had not found by on-line searches, which led me to a custom vanity and far more interesting fixtures than I would have found on my own. The most important thing they did for me was to prepare all the drawings and information I needed to get a permit from the city on the first try. They are very responsive and easy to work with, as well. I highly recommend Design Loft!

A friend of mine referred me to the Design Loft when I mentioned that we were planning a remodel. We met with the owner Hellen Hsieh and I am so happy that we did. My husband and I are expanding our current Mountain View home. We wanted to add on about 700 sq ft but we couldn’t decide if we should remodel the existing structure or focus on adding on a new great room in the back of the house. Hellen has provided us with many, many options to help us decide what would be the most economical and feasible plan. She is a pleasure to work with and has been patient with all of our revisions and requests. She is flexible and very accommodating with our meeting dates and times.
